This page explains what information Pre-Bite collects when you order through this website, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
What we collect
- Your mobile number, to log you in and to link orders to you.
- Your orders: dishes, quantities, pickup time, any note you write, and the order status.
- A device token, only if you turn on phone alerts, so we can send order updates to that browser.
We do not collect or store your card or UPI details.
Why we use it
- To take your order and prepare it on time.
- To tell you when your order is confirmed, ready, or cannot be accepted.
- To keep the service safe, for example to stop fake or repeated no-show orders.
We do not sell your information.
Who can see it
- Restaurant staff, who see your order and mobile number so they can serve you and call you if needed.
- Service providers that run this website, such as cloud hosting, the database, and message delivery.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
Our service providers may store data on servers outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounts, disputes, and legal requirements. After that we delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
- You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can turn off phone alerts in your browser settings.

Cookies and storage
