Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
By using this website to order from Pre-Bite, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
How ordering works
- When you place an order, it is a request. It becomes confirmed only when the restaurant accepts it.
- The restaurant may accept or reject an order. If nobody replies within a few minutes, the order expires.
- The ready time we show is an estimate. We try to keep it accurate, and we will update it if it changes.
- Time slots are limited, so a slot may fill up while you are checking out.
- You can have up to 3 active orders at a time.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees. The total on your order page is what you pay.
- Right now you pay at the restaurant when you collect your order. Online payment may be added later.
- Tax details will be shown on your bill.
Collecting your order
Please arrive around the time you chose. If an order is ready and not collected for a long time, the restaurant may mark it as not collected. If this happens repeatedly, we may ask for advance payment on future orders or limit ordering.
Food information
We try to show veg or non-veg marks and dish details correctly. If you have an allergy, please tell the staff when you order or collect. We cannot promise that any dish is free from traces of allergens.
Your account
- Give your correct mobile number and keep your phone secure, since we use it to log you in.
- Do not place fake or repeated orders, or misuse the service in any other way. We may block such accounts.
When the service is not available
The restaurant may pause orders at any time, for example when the kitchen is very busy or closing. We may also change or stop parts of this website.
Our responsibility
We will do our best to run this service well. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing here takes away any right you have under consumer protection law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
Law
Indian law applies. Disputes will be handled by the courts at the location of the restaurant.
